To support this vital work, we’re recruiting for an Asset Inspector to work as part of the Asset Strategy Team to undertake all inspections and surveys on our property assets. Carrying out a range of surveys such as pre and post work and damp and mould property inspections, estates and stock condition surveys, you will engage and communicate with customers and contractors, as required.

The Role

  • Carry out robust and thorough inspections of all our property stock in line with Kingdom Standards including pre work, post work, damp and mould surveys and estates inspections to identify required repairs or maintenance in line with compliance.
  • Provide an excellent service to our customers when attending their homes and communities.
  • Carry out Stock Condition Surveys in line with frameworks, guidelines and targets.
  • Monitor the performance of any external contractors, identifying any issues and providing feedback where required.
  • Engage and communicate with external contractors where required.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • EPC Accreditation
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to accurately diagnose repair and maintenance issues
  • Knowledge of building standards and procedures
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Knowledge and understanding of building materials
