The Role: You will:
- Carry out all required electrical maintenance and repair work in our properties, offices and any other buildings.
- Effectively use relevant online platforms/systems for record keeping, including recording of jobs and materials.
- Work as part of the Asset Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.

- Has completed a 4-year Electrical apprenticeship (SCQF 7) and has the 18th Edition Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671.
- Has knowledge of trade specific legislation.
