Kingdom Support and Care (KSC) is looking for three caring, compassionate and reliable people to join our Dunfermline team as a Support Worker (Weekends). This is a permanent position working 16 hours over two days, Saturday and Sunday.
The Role
Working within our Dunfermline service, you will provide person‑centred support to a diverse range of individuals – from children to adults – in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Support is co‑produced with the individuals we work with, ensuring their needs, choices, goals and aspirations are always at the heart of what we do.
The support you provide will vary depending on the individual. For children, this is activity‑based support for respite. For adults, the focus is on promoting independent living, and may include:
- Assisting with everyday activities such as cooking, housework and managing finances
- Supporting with social activities and providing emotional support
- Assisting with personal care and administering medication
The people we support can have difficult days just like anyone else, and those are often the moments when great support matters most. We will make sure you always feel equipped and confident to respond well in any situation.
Why Join Kingdom Support and Care?
At KSC, we provide high quality, personalised support and care for over 300 individuals across Fife and Forth Valley. We support people to manage or overcome challenges – including autism spectrum disorders, complex needs, learning disabilities and mental health issues – and we believe that great support leads to great lives.
We are proud to hold Investors in People Gold and Investors in Young People Platinum accreditations, reflecting our commitment to professional development, employee wellbeing and a workplace where everyone can thrive.
