Essential Criteria
- No prior care experience required - full training is provided; a genuine interest in supporting others and willingness to learn is essential.
- Driver's license & access to a car
- Good communication skills
- Reliability & a positive attitude
- Willing to complete an enhanced Access NI check
Main Duties
- Help with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prompt medication & monitor health changes
- Support with mobility & daily living tasks
- Provide companionship & reduce isolation
- Keep the home environment safe
- Keep accurate care notes & report concerns
