Compliance Officer

Kingdom Health are a national recruitment agency, specialising in the temporary staffing supply of nurses and nursing support staff.

Due to organisational growth, we’re looking to expand our compliance team within the Birmingham office, which is situation in postcode B3 1QA.

As a responsible temp staffing agency, who supply into both the NHS & private sectors, the ability to make candidates fully compliant, as quickly as possible, is critical.

The role is:

• Full Time
• Permanent
• 3-month probation period
• Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30
• Office Based (B3 1QA)
• Working within the compliance team
• Reporting to the Compliance Manager
• Industry – Healthcare
• Sector: both private & NHS

The ideal candidate will be:

• High planned & organised
• Have a high attention to detail.
• An influencing personality
• Ability to engage with candidates to obtain compliance documentation
• Ability to chase candidate references from other organisations
• IT literate
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Have a sense of urgency to achieve targets & KPIs
