Our Engagement Centre assigns every new Kingdom colleague an onboarding buddy to ensure they receive a warm welcome from day one. This support includes administration, equipment setup, and training. Regular one-on-one “check-ins” and feedback during onboarding help each new colleague feel supported and confident in their role.
