We’re an established, multi-award-winning film production agency with an extensive track record of working in the automotive industry. We are proud to be the long-term creative and production partner for some of the biggest global and aspirational brands. We are passionate about capturing emotion and storytelling, producing award-winning work, and recognised for our ideas and storytelling.
Your Role Will Include:
- Answering the phone and welcoming visitors into the office
- Assisting with production-related paperwork, permissions and licenses, including Call sheets and Risk assessments
- Researching and booking hotels, flights, and hire cars
- Production-specific research, which will include sourcing locations, talent, props, and voiceover artists
- Working closely with and assisting the Production team
- Occasionally assisting on set
- Ordering office equipment and stationery
- Ensuring the office kitchen is well-stocked and equipped
- Arranging client catering
- Organising staff parties
The Person:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Genuine interest in film and creativity
- People-oriented with a passion for teamwork and collaboration
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
- Willing to work within and actively support a dynamic team environment
- Strong desire to grow into an assistant producer role (& beyond!)
- Driven and ambitious, with a strong work ethic
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
- Must live within a 60-minute commute of SG5 4BH
