- Content Production Management – working with production partners to plan, capture and deliver content output around each event, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local market needs.
- Global Production Toolkit – partnering with a designer to develop a comprehensive production and brand asset toolkit for use across international markets.
- Venue Procurement – working with local partners to scope and recce venues, compiling assessments and presenting recommendations to the team and client.
- Partner Management – coordinating with local partners and suppliers to create detailed production plans that integrate global assets, local nuances, consumer journeys, branding and market‐specific H&S documentation.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Management – managing third‐party suppliers and stakeholders across multiple territories.
- Live Event Delivery – being on‐site throughout the year to deliver seamless live events across various international locations (requiring substantial travel).
- Cross‐Client Production Support – consulting across other KC clients and projects, offering guidance and hands‐on support to elevate production outcomes across the agency.
