THE ROLE

We’re looking for a full‐time Senior Producer to shape and deliver production across Kingdom Collective's client portfolio, with a primary focus on a major global music platform for an energy drink brand. This project will run throughout 2026, with consistent live events across multiple markets. Reporting directly into the Directors, you will lead production end‐to‐end on this flagship programme while also lending your expertise to other agency clients and projects. As a senior member of the team, you will play a part in evolving our production standards, processes and ways of working, helping us strengthen and refine our production capability as the agency grows.

Key responsibilities

  • Project management – overseeing timelines, workstreams and budget across multiple global markets to deliver consistently high‐quality live experiences and events.
  • Local Event Production – collaborating with local production teams to execute lighting and technical design for all program activities and event delivery.
  • Content Production Management – working with production partners to plan, capture and deliver content output around each event, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local market needs.
  • Global Production Toolkit – partnering with a designer to develop a comprehensive production and brand asset toolkit for use across international markets.
  • Venue Procurement – working with local partners to scope and recce venues, compiling assessments and presenting recommendations to the team and client.
  • Partner Management – coordinating with local partners and suppliers to create detailed production plans that integrate global assets, local nuances, consumer journeys, branding and market‐specific H&S documentation.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Management – managing third‐party suppliers and stakeholders across multiple territories.
  • Live Event Delivery – being on‐site throughout the year to deliver seamless live events across various international locations (requiring substantial travel).
  • Cross‐Client Production Support – consulting across other KC clients and projects, offering guidance and hands‐on support to elevate production outcomes across the agency.

THE TEAM

Our team is comprised of a full‐time team from diverse backgrounds and an extended network of freelance consultants. We are committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among our workforce, aiming for a truly representative team and a space where every employee feels respected and supported to give their best.

Requirements

  • Minimum six years' experience in production management and project management, ideally within music, culture or brand/agency experience.
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi‐market events at scale, with strong technical and operational understanding.
  • Confident in managing content production workflows alongside live event delivery.
  • Highly organised, self‐motivated and solutions‐driven, with a calm, positive approach under pressure.
  • Comfortable operating as a central figure within multi‐disciplinary teams, guiding the team, partners and stakeholders across global markets.
  • Able to balance long‐term strategic planning with hands‐on, detail‐oriented production delivery.
  • Excited by the opportunity to play a role in developing and elevating production approaches within the agency.

Benefits

  • Chance to join a growing agency with one‐on‐one training and opportunities for career progression.
  • Opportunity to work on exciting music and culture projects with headline and underground talent, alongside some of the biggest brands.
  • Represent agency and build experience at top UK and global events/festivals.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Office closedown between Christmas and New Year – an additional 3 days off.
  • Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
  • Discretionary bonus scheme.
  • Pension scheme with Nest.
  • Pre‐payday lunches.
  • WeCare – access to an online GP 24/7, mental health support service and get‐fit programme.
