We are seeking motivated and proactive Telemarketing Specialists to join our team. This role involves identifying and engaging expatriates across the Middle East region who require specialised financial advice. Working closely with a qualified financial adviser, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact expatriates through outbound calls to introduce the company and its financial services.
  • Identify and generate leads from various sources, including leads provided and online marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with financial advisers to ensure effective lead conversion.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with expatriates and international clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge through training and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telemarketing or business development, including experience of offshore telesales with proven track record.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing and confident personality.
  • A positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to self-manage and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Performance Metrics:

  • Call volume and quality (e.g., number of calls made per day)
  • Contribution to overall sales targets and revenue goals
