We are looking for an experienced and analytical-minded Senior Business Performance Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. This role sits at the crossroads of user acquisition, data analytics, marketing and finance and demands excellence in numerical reasoning, critical thinking and ownership. You will play a central role in strategic decision‐making, top‐line growth and the long‐term success of both King and its Performance Marketing function.

What you will do:

  • Lead high‐impact analytical projects tackling broad and ambiguous business challenges by breaking them down into structured hypotheses, assumptions and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive investment and financial analysis running detailed scenario modelling to identify growth opportunities, assess return on investment and optimise spend efficiency.
  • Partner cross‐functionally with Analytics, Finance and Marketing teams to connect performance outcomes, campaign metrics and broader business results to identify high‐impact growth opportunities.
  • Identify and quantify opportunities for growth, operational excellence and marketing performance optimisation across King's game portfolio.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to senior executives and stakeholders, translating data into actionable strategy.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts nurturing their analytical thinking and problem‐solving capabilities.
  • Maintain a strong sense of ownership managing multiple projects simultaneously while upholding the highest standards of accuracy and insight quality.

  • Technical Foundation: Solid experience in data analytics and finance; comfortable with SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with data investigations & impact analysis (A/B testing, confidence interval).
  • Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Python).

Bonus Points:

  • Experience within mobile gaming, digital advertising or financial forecasting in dynamic digital environments.
  • Experience working with centralized analytics platforms (BigQuery, PowerBI, Looker).
  • Exposure to predictive modelling, forecasting techniques or scenario planning.
