What We’re Typically Looking For
Our teams work across areas including applied AI research, player behaviour modelling, personalisation, recommendations, experimentation, decision automation, game and product analytics, content optimisation, forecasting and production ML systems. While every role requires a different combination of skills, we often look for people with experience in:
- Applying data science, machine learning, statistics or analytics to solve player, product or business challenges.
- Developing models, experiments, analyses or data products that improve player experience, personalisation, content, decision‑making or business performance.
- Taking work from exploration and prototyping through to implementation, production or measurable product impact.
- Building or working with reliable data and ML pipelines, evaluation approaches and scalable systems.
- Bringing expertise in one or more areas such as machine learning, experimentation, causal inference, statistical modelling, optimisation, deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI or data visualisation.
- Using relevant tools and technologies for your field. Depending on the role, these might include Python, SQL, Spark, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn, cloud platforms, dashboards, experimentation platforms or ML pipelines. We don’t expect candidates to have experience with all of these.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Game Design, UX and other disciplines to turn opportunities into practical, player‑focused solutions.
- Communicating complex ideas clearly through analysis, documentation, model evaluations, prototypes, dashboards or presentations.
