As an Associate Director, Operations & Projects in the President’s Office, you will be a senior leader responsible for shaping and running the leadership operating model, rhythm, and execution engine that enables the President and senior leadership team to focus on the highest-impact priorities. Reporting to, and operating as a trusted deputy to, the Chief of Staff, you will work with significant autonomy to lead executive/leadership operations, drive enterprise-wide initiatives, and ensure disciplined execution of strategic priorities.

Your Impact Within the Kingdom

In this role, you are accountable for the effectiveness, cadence, and quality of leadership operations for the President’s Office. Your work ensures that senior forums drive decisions, priorities are clearly connected across the business, and execution momentum is sustained on the most critical topics. Success means:

  • A clearly embedded operating rhythm that scales across leadership layers
  • Executive forums that consistently deliver clarity, decisions, and follow-through
  • Strategic initiatives that land on time with measurable business impact
  • A President’s Office that operates as a model of operational excellence, credibility, and trust

You will act with confidence, discretion and independence under the Chief of Staff, representing the President’s Office in senior forums and driving outcomes without requiring close day-to-day direction.

Associate Director Accountabilities

  • Executive Operating Model & Rhythm of Business: Manage the executive Rhythm of Business for the President’s Office, including leadership forums, planning cycles, and decision-making frameworks. Track decisions, follow-ups, and actions to ensure continuity, alignment, and timely execution, ensuring executive time is focused on the most critical priorities with clear accountability and outcomes. Independently identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in leadership operations and implement improvements with minimal oversight.
  • Strategic Programs & Executive Initiatives: Lead delivery of high-impact cross-functional projects, events/offsites, and change initiatives end-to-end: from discovery and framing to planning, delivery, and post-mortem review. Establish strong program governance, success metrics, and executive reporting to ensure transparency, pace, and impact. Anticipate risks, dependencies, and organizational constraints, escalating thoughtfully while resolving issues proactively.
  • Executive Leadership Support & Communications: Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to shape executive agendas, decision forums, and leadership communications — operating independently where appropriate. Own preparation of complex executive materials, narratives, and recommendations that inform high-stakes decisions. Ensure decisions, actions, and commitments made at senior levels are clearly captured, communicated, and followed through across the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Collaboration: Operate as a senior integrator across games & functional teams, aligning priorities and ways of working at scale. Act as a trusted liaison with senior leadership, driving clarity, ownership, and delivery across diverse stakeholders. Represent the President’s Office with credibility and confidence in senior leadership forums, workshops, and offsites.
  • Leadership Capabilities & Continuous Improvement: Set a high bar for operational excellence, documentation quality, and decision discipline across leadership processes. Identify and implement improvements in tooling, reporting, workflows, and governance to increase organizational effectiveness, elevating capability beyond the President’s Office. Help continuously evolve the President’s Office into a high-performing, trusted, and well-run executive function.

Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact. A strong project/program management toolkit; able to create frameworks, plans, and governance structures rapidly and independently.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships at senior levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complexity into clear narratives and recommendations.
