- Manage and maintain the JIRA backlog and boards, ensuring work is clearly articulated, prioritised, and prepared for upcoming sprints.
- Partner with Craft Leads and team members to identify, define, and break down tasks, gathering input to create clear scopes with realistic estimates.
- Drive sprint hygiene by preparing backlog items, reviewing dependencies, and ensuring upcoming sprints have appropriate ready‑to‑start work.
- Track progress of deliverables and surface risks early, supporting the team in developing mitigation plans.
Team Operations & Collaboration

- Facilitate cross‑disciplinary communication, ensuring the right people are connected at the right time.
- Support day‑to‑day team operations: stand‑ups, ceremonies, reviews, playtests, and key development discussions.
- Help keep Confluence and workflow documentation organised and current for ease of onboarding and team clarity.

- Collaborate with QA to support testing cycles, bug triage, and readiness for internal builds.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of team ways of working as the project evolves through multiple development phases.
