We’re looking for a General Manager for the King Street Brewhouse – Bristol’s favourite brewpub. This city centre institution is famous for brewing its own bold, seasonal beers, food designed to share and being the perfect place to watch the big game, have a post work pint or spend the night. The pub has plenty of outside seating for those looking to soak up some rays, as well the Tank Room – a private space right next to the brewery tanks – perfect for private parties and events.
We’re looking for a General Manager who is a strong operator, has experience managing busy venues, and can continue to grow sales in this unique pub – an opportunity that doesn’t come around too often!
Running a Pub for Young's: We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We're all about freedom within a framework - you decide what goes on the food menu - and that doesn't mean picking from a bank of recipes! You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with your business vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.
