About the role
As our GTM Strategy & Partnerships Manager on the Commercial Team, you will become the strategic "quarterback" for our most significant and complex global opportunities. This role involves embedding high-level strategy directly into execution, ensuring we not only win but also successfully launch and scale our most important enterprise partnerships.
You will be instrumental in shaping how we approach new markets and major clients, owning the development of vertical GTM playbooks and leading crucial discovery workshops. Your ability to craft compelling value propositions that resonate across commercial, product, and technical stakeholders will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Partner Growth: Co‑develop ambitious growth plans with our existing strategic partners and collaborate closely with regional Partner Growth Managers.
- Pioneer our GTM approach: Build and deploy strategic GTM playbooks for key verticals like Banking, Automotive OEMs, and the Gig Economy.
- Quarterback Strategic Partnerships: Lead the strategic coordination for our largest pitches from initial discovery through to long‑term growth.
- Lead Transformative Discovery: Facilitate deep discovery workshops with our partners, identifying core opportunities and aligning stakeholders.
- Craft Winning Value Propositions: Develop powerful value propositions that integrate commercial insights with our product and technical capabilities.
- Orchestrate Cross‑Functional Alignment: Chair cross‑functional squads to ensure alignment and drive accountability for strategic initiatives.
To help us level up, you will ideally have:
- At least 7 years of experience in strategic roles within Go‑To‑Market (GTM), partnerships, or related fields.
- A deep understanding of enterprise GTM strategies, including developing playbooks and defining a clear vision for complex partnerships.
- Proven ability to lead and grow significant enterprise partnerships.
- A knack for identifying operational inefficiencies and developing practical frameworks to optimise workflows.
- The ability to articulate complex strategic concepts clearly and persuasively.
