King & Moffatt Building Services is seeking a Facilities Management professional to act as the primary client contact for the regional FM team. You will manage engineering resources, HR and task activity, and prepare monthly client progress reports.
You will also handle service reports, quotes, and tenders, work with finance and QS on CVR and cost reporting, and assist in developing briefs for small works while ensuring adherence to SOPs.
