You will be responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes across projects, ensuring all installations, inspections, and documentation meet project specifications, company standards, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out site inspections to ensure electrical installations meet design, quality, and specification requirements
- Support site teams in implementing electrical QA/QC procedures
- Monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards
- Maintain accurate QA documentation using digital platforms (e.g. Procore, Fieldview, Dalux)
- Assist with review and compilation of electrical test packs, inspections, and certifications
- Ensure QA records, including as-built documentation, are complete and ready for handover
- Liaise with electrical subcontractors to ensure QA requirements are followed
- Support internal and external audits, client inspections, and site meetings as required
Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in a QA/QC, site engineering, or construction role
- Experience in electrical installations within a construction environment
- Good understanding of electrical QA/QC processes and documentation
- Knowledge of relevant electrical standards (e.g. BS7671) advantageous
- Experience using digital QA systems (e.g. Procore, Fieldview, Dalux) desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with site teams and electrical subcontractors
- Relevant electrical qualification desirable
