King & Moffatt Building Services seeks a Project Coordinator to support delivery from a technical perspective. The role is office and site based, reporting to the Contracts/Project Manager, and requires collaboration with design, QS and construction teams to manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and progress reporting.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Building Regulations and EHSQ policies, maintain the document management system, and assist with handover manuals.
