Ready to lead quality across major construction projects? We’re looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join King & Moffatt Building Services and lead quality assurance, compliance, and inspection processes across large-scale M&E projects. This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive quality standards from installation through to commissioning and final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and right first time.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading QA/QC processes across multiple Mechanical & Electrical projects
- Managing inspections, audits, test documentation, and quality reporting
- Ensuring installations comply with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards
- Overseeing inspection test plans (ITPs), QA checklists, and commissioning records
- Managing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), defects, and close-out processes
- Supporting commissioning and project handover activities
- Coordinating quality inspections with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Managing digital QA platforms such as Procore, Fieldview, Dalux, or similar systems
- Driving a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across projects
- Supporting project teams with technical guidance and QA best practice
- Producing quality reports and progress updates for senior management
- Leading QA meetings, audits, and project quality reviews
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a QA/QC Manager, QA Lead, or Senior QA/QC role within Building Services or Construction
- Strong understanding of Mechanical & Electrical installations and commissioning processes
- Experience working on large commercial, industrial, Data Centre, or Pharmaceutical projects
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, inspections, and handover documentation
- Experience using digital QA systems and construction platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
