In this role, you would be responsible for managing all site elements of the project for King and Moffatt, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.
Responsibilities
- On site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE, etc.
- Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
- On site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour.
- Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
- Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
- Execution of commissioning and close‑out plan.
- Ensure close‑out of snag lists.
- Deliver on labour tracker.
- Attend internal K&M team planning meetings.
- Manage relevant external correspondence.
- Order all day‑to‑day site materials.
- Update appropriate information to progress report.
- Maintain K&M Document Management System.
- Project‑specific scheduling.
- Communicate changes to the project team.
- Project quality reporting and monitoring.
- Oversee testing, certification and handover.
- Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.
Qualifications
- Qualified Electrician.
- Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- Experience of managing and leading teams.
- Project Management experience beneficial.
- Computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Up to date on manual handling & safe pass.
