King & McGaw in Newhaven seeks a Factory Manager to own daily operations of the manufacturing site, its estate, production machinery and the site team.
You will report to the Head of Operations, drive production to meet schedules, prioritise safety, training, and deployment, and manage RAMS, PPMs and environmental controls.
Lead staffing, capacity planning and continuous improvement, oversee external contractors, and ensure regulatory compliance and strong line availability.
