Some of the main duties will include:

  • Manage and navigate the allocation of cranes, labour, and kit to keep everything running day to day.
  • Prepare contracts, job sheets, operator tickets, customer timesheets.
  • Coordinate site visits with our technical reps and make daily sales calls.
  • Liaise with local authorities and traffic management teams.
  • Liaise with the accounts department for overdue debtors and chasing outstanding payments.

Hours of work: 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Office-based in West Drayton, you will need to live within a commutable distance.

The Person...

  • Experience in a similar role preferable.
  • Solid operational knowledge of cranes, transport, or hire desks would be an advantage.
  • Confident people-management skills.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation abilities.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
