We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to perform the role of a Hire Desk Assistant for our busy West Drayton office within our General Cranes division. This is our biggest and busiest depot, so the role will be challenging as well as rewarding with the opportunity for development and progression within the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with Head Office to resolve invoice queries and input timesheets into the system.
- Assisting with the management of the welfare, safety and working hours of all related personnel.
- Ensuring the working success of the Hire Desk and compliance with environmental, health and safety legal & statutory requirements within the depot.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' administration experience.
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Previous working experience on a Hire Desk or within a crane/plant hire company would be an advantage.
- This is an office-based role, so you must live within a daily commutable distance of West Drayton.
