Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance cost control and optimise resource allocation.

Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.

Preparation of monthly management accounts including supporting reconciliations

Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities to provide insights into financial performance.

Lead the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while maintaining accurate financial records.

Conduct regular reviews of financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to support organisational objectives through effective financial planning.
-
AAT / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
-
Knowledge of either Sage, Quickbooks or Xero would be beneficial

Advanced experience using excel and reporting

Experience / knowledge of payroll

Experienced in daily, weekly, monthly and annual accounting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
