Finance Manager

• Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance cost control and optimise resource allocation.

• Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including supporting reconciliations

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities to provide insights into financial performance.

• Lead the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while maintaining accurate financial records.

• Conduct regular reviews of financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments to support organisational objectives through effective financial planning.

• AAT / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent

• Knowledge of either Sage, Quickbooks or Xero would be beneficial

• Advanced experience using excel and reporting

• Experience / knowledge of payroll

• Experienced in daily, weekly, monthly and annual accounting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
