Scrub Nurse and Senior Scrub Nurse

Private Hospital – London

£38,000-£42,000

Full time – Permanent

King Healthcare are currently assisting a private hospital in their search for a Scrub Nurse and Senior Scrub Nurse to work within their Theatre team. They are specifically looking for individuals that have experience in orthopaedics, major and minor – although the role will be on rotation of all specialities such as cosmetics, gynae, general surgeries and more.

The Role

This private hospital is seeking an experienced Scrub Nurse who has a strong background within Orthopaedics. You will be expected to deliver first class patient care to a wide variety of Orthopaedic patients. You will be part of the Theatre team and responsible for the organisation and smooth running of the operating department. In this position, you will report into the Theatre Manager and work within their 4x theatres. Shifts can be discussed as interview, but they are flexible to offer long days together or shorter days as well.

The Candidate

For this post you will need to be an experienced Scrub Nurse with 2 years post grad experience and have had plenty of exposure to Orthopaedics. Both RGN and ODP qualified candidates will be considered.

Salary and Benefits

The salary on offer for this position is between £38,000 - £42,000 dependent on experience. In addition are several benefits including generous annual leave, private pension scheme and private health insurance, sick pay etc.
