King Healthcare are currently assisting a leading Ophthalmic Clinic in their search for an Ophthalmic Imaging Technician. This private clinic based in Central London has some of the best Clinical Imaging and Medical Devices on the market.

The Role

This role will be reporting into the Clinic Manager and working closely with consultants, clinical trial co-ordinators and researchers to deliver high quality imaging. You’ll perform a wide range of advanced imaging tests including Macula and Peripheral OCT including Ultrawidefield and Navigated OCT, OCT Angiography and several others.

The Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Imaging Technician with at least 2 years working within hospital eye services, private ophthalmology clinics or refractive/laser centres. You’ll need to be confident performing a broad range of imaging tests and be keen to learn advanced retinal imaging under supervision.

Salary and Benefits

The salary on offer for this position is between £26,000 – £28,000 dependent on experience. In addition, there are several benefits including generous annual leave, private pension scheme and private health insurance.
