King Healthcare are currently assisting a Private Fertility Clinic in their search for a Lead Fertility Nurse. This client specialises in Fertility and Gynaecological Health and we are seeking an applicant who has significant leadership skills and will take charge of the clinical nursing team.
The Role
- Lead, mentor, and support the fertility nursing team
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day clinical operations in the clinic
- Work closely with consultants, embryologists, and administrative staff to deliver a seamless patient journey
- Provide expert advice and emotional support to patients undergoing fertility treatment
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, health and safety regulations, and HFEA guidelines
- Contribute to the development of best practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage patient records efficiently
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced fertility nurse who can demonstrate excellent management capabilities in addition to strong clinical knowledge. You’ll need to have a strong interest in women’s health and be able to manage the workload of both yourself and your team.
Salary and Benefits
The salary on offer for this position is between £50,000 – £55,000 negotiable dependent on experience. In addition are several benefits including a generous annual leave allowance, private pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, fully funded CPD etc.
