Overview
As a Senior Unity Developer at King, you will lead technical initiatives that shape the game’s core systems and pipelines. You’ll work with a small team to build a scalable, maintainable foundation while balancing immediate needs with long‑term health. You’ll translate broad goals into clear technical plans and collaborate with designers and engineers to improve workflows and tooling. Your performance will directly impact delivery, quality, and the player experience. This role offers a hands‑on, cross‑disciplinary impact in a brand‑new title.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive complex technical initiatives spanning multiple systems and areas of the game
- Clarify requirements, define approaches, and coordinate contributions to ensure on‑time delivery
- Contribute to architecture and implementation, maintaining a service‑oriented mindset
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across the codebase; resolve challenging problems
- Mentor engineers, promote code quality, performance, and maintainability; foster knowledge sharing
- Support others in ownership and sound technical decision‑making; improve build and operation practices
Key requirements
- Extensive software development experience
- Strong experience with Unity and C#
- Strong understanding of software architecture and ability to adapt to new codebases
