We have an exceptional opportunity for a new Graduate Assistant & Resident Tutor – Sports, with a strength & conditioning specialism, to join a flourishing boarding and day school set on an attractive 100‑acre campus in rural Surrey. This fixed‑term position runs from September 2026 to July 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Co‑organise and run sports events and functions within the school calendar.
- Provide coaching and support for strength & conditioning programmes.
- Assist with administrative duties related to sports and residential activities.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the sports facilities and ensure student welfare and safety.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduation or equivalent qualification in sports science, physiotherapy, education or related field.
- Passion for working with young people in a school environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Previous coaching or sports administration experience would be an advantage.
