What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate radiographers, support workers and admin teams
• Drive service innovation and quality improvement
• Oversee governance, safety and CQC compliance
• Manage workforce planning, training and development
• Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver an exceptional, patient‑focused service

What You Bring

• HCPC registration & BSc/Diploma in Radiography
• Strong, values-based leadership capability and experience managing teams
• Expertise across imaging modalities and quality assurance
• A calm, professional approach and commitment to high standards
