As we continue to grow and evolve in a competitive healthcare landscape, we are seeking a commercially astute and skilled Commercial Manager to oversee our private medical insurer (PMI) agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and commercial contracts.
The Role
- Build excellent working relationships across our PMI network.
- Lead the negotiation, renewal, and optimisation of PMI contracts.
- Oversee the commercial elements of SLAs and third-party contracts.
- Ensure all agreements are compliant, deliver value, and support strategic growth.
- Develop and maintain a commercial performance dashboard to track key KPIs.
- Provide regular reporting and commercial insights to senior leadership.

- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of commercial operations in healthcare or a similar regulated environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage high-value contracts.
- Excellent financial acumen with the ability to interpret and report on complex data.
