As our School Business Manager, you will be a key member of our Senior Leadership Team; your role will be broad and rewarding, encompassing:
- Leading financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure robust financial health and transparency
- Managing contracts, investigating bids and income generation opportunities to support our school's growth and development
- Overseeing HR, Site Management, Catering, and IT functions, ensuring high standards and efficient operations
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with strategic advice that helps drive school improvement and sustainability
- Participation in school events
- Ensuring overall operational excellence
You will be expected to shape systems and processes that directly impact the quality of education and student experience, working closely with Governors, staff, and the wider community.
