This is a highly rewarding role for someone who is passionate about helping young people build confidence, re‑engage with learning and successfully participate in school life. Every day brings new opportunities to make a genuine difference.

You will work closely with students, families, teachers, Achievement Leaders and the wider Inclusion Team to help each young person achieve their potential.

- Provide academic and pastoral support to individual students and small groups
- Deliver targeted interventions that help remove barriers to learning
- Support young people to develop confidence, resilience and independence
- Liaise with subject teachers to ensure students can continue their learning outside the classroom
- Monitor progress and encourage positive attitudes towards learning
- Support students reintegrating into mainstream lessons and school routines
- Facilitate enrichment opportunities and additional qualifications where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with staff and parents to ensure students receive coordinated support
- Contribute to a culture of inclusion where every student feels valued and supported
We are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Is adaptable, solution‑focused and able to respond to individual needs
- Understands the barriers that can affect attendance, behaviour and engagement
