Pastoral Manager for Sixth Form
Are you ready to take on a role that makes a real difference to the students’ lives? As Pastoral Manager for Sixth Form, you will be at the heart of supporting young people through one of the most important stages of their education.
What You Will Do
- Lead on attendance, inclusion, and progress for Sixth Form students.
- Provide frontline support and supervision in the Sixth Form Centre.
- Implement and monitor pastoral and wellbeing plans, liaising with staff and external agencies.
- Respond to and investigate serious behaviour incidents, applying appropriate interventions.
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers and contribute to events such as Presentation Evenings.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely sharing of information.
- Support transition and induction for new Sixth Form students.
- Promote engagement in enrichment activities, careers programmes, and PSHE.

- Experience of working with young people in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, behaviour management, and wellbeing strategies.
