We are seeking to appoint an exceptional, values-driven Headteacher. This is a rare opportunity for a confident, compassionate and outward-facing leader to drive further improvement within a supportive and highly respected Trust.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational leadership that secures excellent outcomes for all pupils
  • Build on the academy’s strong improvement trajectory and Good Ofsted judgement
  • Champion high expectations, inclusion and equity across the school community
  • Develop staff at all levels, nurturing talent and sustaining a positive professional culture
  • Work collaboratively with the Academy Trust and partner schools
  • Play a leading role in shaping the academy’s future, including the transition to a new build
