The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher (0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE) to join our Sixth Form on a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity leave, from November 2026 (or January 2027) to July 2027.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching to A-Level Psychology students, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining excellent academic standards. You will join a supportive department with a strong commitment to student success, ensuring students benefit from a high-quality learning experience.

This is a temporary post, subject to the conditions of service handbook of the Sixth Form Colleges Association. Salary will be paid on the Sixth Form Colleges Association teacher staff pay scale pro rata, NSP 1 - 9 (Β£33,465 - Β£51,714), depending on experience.
