Overview:
As Assistant Manager you will support the Centre Manager in leading a vibrant and diverse environment. We are seeking a skilled individual to assist in overseeing the operations of our centre and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the centre, including managing staff and providing exceptional customer service.
- Work with senior management to use centre performance metrics to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.
