As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Storrington residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high‑performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands‑on leadership role with clear career pathways and long‑term opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
  • A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded

  • Numerate, detail‑focused and results‑driven
  • Full UK driving licence
