The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective management, compliance, and coordination of all company-owned and leased vehicles across construction sites in Ireland, UK & Europe.
- Maintain a comprehensive asset register of all vehicles.
- Coordinate servicing, preventative maintenance, CVRT/MOT testing, and inspections.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and service-related documentation.
- Maintain fleet tracking system.
- Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and defect reporting.
- Coordinate breakdown assistance and repairs.
- Manage fuel cards and monitor fuel usage.
- Support insurance claims and incident investigations.
- Generate fleet compliance reports for senior management.
- Support with maintaining plant database.
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of fleet operations.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills (Excel essential; experience with fleet/asset systems desirable).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-driven environment.
- Good communication skills across operational and site teams.
- Previous experience in an administrative or fleet-based role.
