The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective management, compliance, and coordination of all company-owned and leased vehicles across construction sites in Ireland, UK & Europe.

  • Maintain a comprehensive asset register of all vehicles.
  • Coordinate servicing, preventative maintenance, CVRT/MOT testing, and inspections.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and service-related documentation.
  • Maintain fleet tracking system.
  • Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and defect reporting.
  • Coordinate breakdown assistance and repairs.
  • Manage fuel cards and monitor fuel usage.
  • Support insurance claims and incident investigations.
  • Generate fleet compliance reports for senior management.
  • Support with maintaining plant database.

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of fleet operations.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills (Excel essential; experience with fleet/asset systems desirable).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-driven environment.
  • Good communication skills across operational and site teams.
