M&E Project Manager

Job Description

• Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to meet programme milestones.
• Conduct design reviews and value engineering to optimise cost and performance.
• Monitor project finances including procurement, variations, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain strong client and consultant relationships.
• Lead project risk management and implement effective controls.
• Support estimating and planning processes for future schemes.
• Promote behavioural safety and sustainability across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Degree / HND / HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction-related discipline.
• SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent certification.
• Proven track record in M&E project delivery within Tier 2 / 3 subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance programme, quality, and cost.
• Experience with major projects in commercial, leisure, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
