Purpose of the Role:
To provide installation services, practical, technical and administrative support to clients and Kinexio Secure team members on our customer’s site. This is an in person on site role.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake site visits that include Installation & deployment of hardware & software, training and fault resolution.
- Follow up and resolve any queries generated in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Compose emails, memos, notes, messages communication with the use of Microsoft Office packages.
- Prioritise own workload to meet deadlines and complete delegated tasks with minimal supervision.
- Work as part of a wider support & administrative team in other areas when required.
- Communicate with a range of internal and external enquiries from users, external organisations by phone, email, & internal communication.
- Complete training and be willing to attend any courses deemed relevant and appropriate by the senior management.
- Be familiar with and adhere to the company’s health and safety policy and be aware of individual responsibilities under legislation, drawing any areas of potential risk to the attention of managers.

Requirements and skills:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
- Strong problem solving-skills, practically minded with confidence in using technology.
- Working knowledge in using Microsoft Suite.
- Able to work independently and travel daily to customers' sites to work.
- Strong work ethic willing to travel across London daily.
- GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Native or fluent use of the English Language which is our first used at Kinexio.
- Bonus if you were to have additional European language skills.
