We are seeking to appoint a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to work in our thriving school. We have happy and keen learners, a welcoming team of experienced and hard-working staff and a beautiful learning environment. The role would involve working closely with a SEN pupil to support their individual needs. We would love for you to be part of our team.
We are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate who:
- Can inspire and motivate children to 'Live life in all its fullness'.
- Will be an enthusiastic and highly motivated member of the team, working alongside class teachers to adapt learning to the needs of pupils to enable all children to achieve.
- Is proactive and positive, using their initiative to react to situations with integrity and kindness.
- Has experience of working with children with a range of learning needs, and has a passion to ensure high expectations for all ensuring that they make outstanding progress.
- Can creatively and flexibly to overcome barriers to learning.
