  • Job Responsibilities
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various platforms (social media, web, broadcast).
  • Create motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Creative Cloud tools.
  • Collaborate with creative teams including directors, producers, and designers to bring visual concepts to life.
  • Support video shoots with knowledge of camera operations, lighting setups, and on-set workflows.
  • Ensure visual consistency across projects by applying brand guidelines, color grading, and sound design.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high quality.
  • Contribute creatively to storyboarding, concept development, and visual storytelling strategies.
  • Organize and archive media assets efficiently for future use and team access.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Film, Media, Animation, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Media Encoder.
  • Solid understanding of video production workflows, including shooting, lighting, and audio capture.
  • Strong artistic eye for composition, color, typography, and visual rhythm.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills and ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual innovation.
  • Experience with asset management systems and cloud-based collaboration tools (e. g., Dropbox, Google Drive).
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) or web video formats.
