- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Familiarity with In Vision, Zeplin, or similar handoff tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Experience designing responsive and adaptive layouts across platforms.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Java Script (a plus).
Experience
- End-to-end involvement in product design cycles (research → design → testing → delivery).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Exposure to usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, GA4).
