Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Translate insights into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows.
  • Deliver high-fidelity UI designs that are responsive, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation.
  • Contribute to and maintain the design system and component libraries.
  • Ensure all designs follow usability best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Continuously improve designs through data-driven insights, user feedback, and iteration.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum workflows and design reviews.

Requirements

Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects across web and mobile.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Familiarity with In Vision, Zeplin, or similar handoff tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
  • Experience designing responsive and adaptive layouts across platforms.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Java Script (a plus).

Experience

  • End-to-end involvement in product design cycles (research → design → testing → delivery).
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Exposure to usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, GA4).
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
