Kinetic Recruitment is looking to recruit a Building Manager to manage a commercial property(s) in the Wilmslow area. This is a permanent role with overall responsibility for day‑to‑day building management.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate the reception area of the building and welcome visitors and staff.
- Liaise with tenants on a daily basis.
- Book meeting rooms.
- Check that cleaning standards are being adhered to.
- Maintain building check sheets, including daily checks of all toilets and showers.
- Liaise with the Facilities Manager about small maintenance works, paint touch‑ups etc.
- Check the presentation of the outside of the building.
- Maintain high levels of customer service for tenants on a daily basis.
- Operate and maintain the building’s amenity area, including coffee machines, vending machines and a communal exercise area, ensuring they are operational throughout the day.
- Close down the building and associated amenity area at the end of the day, ensuring the building is ready for trade the next day.
- Liaise with senior management on site.
