  • Pay rate: £13.82 per hour
  • Monday-Thursday 7/8am start, 10h shift
  • Induction and Training on site
  • Breaks paid

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform critical quality checks across all active machinery on the shop floor
  • Accurately record measurements and findings using internal software systems
  • Communicate with Shift Supervisors and machine operators regarding any out-of-spec products
  • Manage quarantined stock and coordinate rework or scrapping procedures
  • Complete all quality documentation (paper-based and digital)
  • Support calibration checks and ensure equipment is within inspection dates
  • Assist the Quality Manager with customer complaints and investigations
  • Conduct internal audits in line with the annual schedule

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing setting
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality standards
  • Confident communicator and team player
  • Comfortable using software systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Awareness of health & safety protocols in the workplace
  • PPE
  • Candidates will be required to attend with safety shoes/boots and a high vis vest. If they don't have a vest, one will be provided but they will need to have safety shoes/boots.
  • Safety goggles and gloves will be provided when required.
