Kinetic Industrial are supporting a leading medical services provider in the recruitment of a Production Supervisor. You will be working within a unique environment (which is not dissimilar to a hospital/healthcare environment) based out of their Wythenshawe base. You will be supervising the staff, making sure that the work is completed accurately 100% of the time. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 18:00 to 02:00.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily decontamination and sterilisation operations, ensuring work is completed safely and to strict quality standards
- Supervise and support the team to deliver on production targets and performance goals
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Management System (QMS) standards
- Maintain and monitor quality assurance records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support the Production Manager with planning, organisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high standards across all operations
- Provide staff training and ensure all colleagues are informed and compliant with health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within a production or healthcare environment
- Excellent numerical and communication skills
- Basic IT skills - able to use track and traceability systems confidently
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to work
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
