Kinetic Industrial is looking for Food Production Operatives to work for a food manufacturer based in Old Trafford / Stretford. We have positions available for suitable candidates who are keen, eager, and want to work.
Responsibilities
- Work on a 3-shift pattern with flexibility; must be able to work all three shifts.
- Quality control at all stages of the production process.
- Clean all work areas using various products and equipment.
- Operate on a fast-moving line, completing tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Packing products into boxes as required.
- Ensure all work is performed to a very high standard.
- Inspect produce for damage or tampering and report where necessary.
- Complete manual handling tasks, including lifting bags and boxes of product.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as cleaning and sweeping as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a distinct advantage.
- Physically fit, able to handle repetitive lifting and stand for long periods.
- Good understanding of Health and Safety.
- Excellent personal hygiene standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible to carry out all shift patterns and cover when required.
- Ability to attend every shift on time with a positive attitude.
Hours & Pay
- Day shifts: £12.71 per hour.
- Night shifts: £14.26 per hour.
- Shifts run Monday – Friday.
- Shift patterns: 05:50am – 01:50pm, 01:50pm – 09:50pm, 09:50pm – 05:50am.
