Hours: 8am-6pm (1 hour lunch, paid for 45 hours)

Responsibilities:
- Operate the reception area and welcome visitors and staff to the building
- Liaise with tenants on a daily basis
- Book meeting rooms
- Check cleaning standards are adhered to
- Maintain building check sheets, including daily checks of all toilets and showers
- Liaise with the Facilities Manager about small maintenance works, paint touch-ups, etc.
- Check the presentation of the outside of the building
- Maintain high levels of customer service for tenants on a daily basis
- Operate the buildings amenity area, ensuring coffee machines, vending machines, and communal exercise area are operational through the day (if applicable)
- Close down the building and associated amenity area at end of day, ensuring readiness for next day
- Liaise with senior management on site
